Steve brings over 23 years of healthcare experience to Crossroads Healthcare Transitions. With a start selling dental supplies to small practices in southern Indiana, he has been involved in the healthcare industry ever since.
For Henry Schein and Patterson Dental, Steve sold supplies, equipment, and managed sales and service teams across the country. Through these years, Steve gained expertise all those things required of a successful practice - from equipment technology to practice management.
Enamored with the business side of healthcare, Steve became a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and began advising independent healthcare practice owners with their business planning and strategies.
Then, as a loan officer for one of the premier healthcare lenders, he helped those in private practice with debt consolidation, start-ups, acquisitions, and real estate financing.
Building relationships with private physicians, optometrists, and dentists, Steve quickly learned there was a great need for well-crafted practice transitions.
Steve holds a Colorado real estate license and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
Having appraised and sold practices throughout Colorado since 2016, Steve has learned first-hand what works and what does not. Steve will personally work with all clients and the transitions begins and ends with him.

Chris started his tax & accounting career in a Fortune 500 company specializing in real estate; however, he quickly realized his passion was helping small businesses.
Chris completed his undergraduate degree at Hanover College. His thirst for knowledge didn't stop there though!
Chris received his Masters in Professional Accountancy from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
His dental career all started at a network event for dentists.
Ever since that introduction into the dental world, he became a student of the dental business model and all facets of running a successful practice - from the transition into practice ownership up until the transition out of ownership.
Chris quickly realized there was a need for help in the dental industry as the practice purchase & sale are two of the most important aspects of practice ownership.
